This year has been a season of great progress for the Awana/WorldLead Leadership Development Program. We have walked alongside leaders from across Latin America as they grow in God’s calling. Step by step, they are becoming better equipped to serve with excellence in the child and youth discipleship movement.
During this cycle, we celebrated the graduation of leaders who completed the program courses. Each of them remains connected to their organizations, fulfilling essential roles so that child and youth discipleship continues in their countries. This virtual event, which brought together participants from all over Latin America, recognized and certified the leadership journey of those who accepted the challenge of completing each year/level of study:
- Leadership of Yourself – developing character, discipline, and personal vision. 40 leaders were certified.
- Leadership of a Team – strengthening the ability to guide and motivate work groups. 54 leaders were certified.
- Leadership of a Network – intentionally impacting communities and ministries through organizational development. 26 leaders were certified.
Under the theme “Leaders Who Transform Generations,” each of these graduates is committed to being an agent of change and to developing others with the mission of making disciples in their local contexts.
